1. Carlos ship Sagres for barge 6x20.package found under Vehicles/ MiscellaneousVehicles, costs 0. You need Island Paradise. You also need a port. In Edit Town, under Show Empty Houses, choose the NRP Sagres and then Place Copy on the port.
